We have created this website to bring together all the material around VOSIM. The VOSIM model has a long history and must have a respected place in the field of sound synthesis. The sound material on the website and on sound cloud occupy a particularly important place. We have access to a lot of archive material and will publish as much of it as possible on the website in the future.
The website and the Vosim66 software reflect also our very dedicated collaboration over many, many years. We share a deep interest in sounds and the development of the Vosim66 software has given us a wonderful tool to share this obsession. We have created hundreds of new sounds and produced tracks that never cease to amaze us and have given us a great deal of enjoyment. In addition to the historical value of this website, we also hope to inspire enthusiasts of sound worlds.
We would also like to collect new developments concerning VOSIM on this website and make them accessible. Please tell us if you know of any material that can be linked or placed here. Finally, we would like to draw special attention to our new and extensive VOSIM66 software, with which much of the presented sound material is made. You can download and use VOSIM66 freely.
